Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• FINRA licensing required: Series 7 and Series 66, (or an equivalent combination of Series 63 and Series 65)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage an assigned group of Wealth Management Advisors.
• Grow and maintain strong client relationships evidenced by wallet share, product fit, and NPS.
• Coach Advisors to deliver seamless client experiences across touchpoints.
• Utilize estate planning, portfolio management, and insurance planning resources.
• Evaluate and assign Advisors to appropriate books of clients; review complex cases.
