Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• FINRA licensing required: Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65)
• University degree or higher preferred
• Experience leading wealth management teams and coaching professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage an assigned group of Wealth Management Advisors.
• Grow client relationships and wallet share.
• Coach the team to deliver a seamless client experience across touchpoints.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.
• Review planning and advice cases for complex client accounts.
