U.S. Bank seeks a Credit Support Manager to lead a team responsible for end-to-end credit support in Wealth Management lending, including loan documentation, collateral management, and credit analysis to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in secured lending and documentation, and the ability to collaborate across underwriting, legal, operations and relationship management to optimize credit quality and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of revelant management experience.
• Desirable knowledge of policies, lending programs, and financial analysis.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage complex documentation with high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for end-to-end execution, control, and oversight of credit support activities across Wealth Management lending.
• Oversee preparation, review, and validation of complex loan and collateral documentation.
• Provide leadership in credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, and decision support to minimize risk.
• Partner with underwriting, legal, operations and relationship management teams.
