Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in trust or wealth management compliance, a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in a trust company or wealth management firm.
• Excellent knowledge of investment and compliance regulations.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Monthly House Account Reconciliation.
• Run monthly account reports and complete compliance reviews for selected accounts.
• Prepare Trust Compliance Committee reports and Reg R memo.
• Complete quarterly 13F and RCT reports and Wealth Management Snapshot.
• Monitor RMD payments and related exceptions; pull RMD reports in Feb.
• Provide backup support for New/Closed Accounts and Fee Processing.
