Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL with a customer communications focus.
• 1+ years in Financial Services or consumer banking is a plus.
• Experience with automation tools and CRM systems (Braze, Adobe Campaign a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Alteryx, Excel, HTML, Jira and GitLab.
• Ability to audit and validate communications and enable AI in operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create a communications execution calendar and manage the team queue.
• Define campaign requirements with retention partners for new communications.
• Collaborate with tech and product teams to troubleshoot and enhance communications.
• Build, test, and launch direct mail and email programs to meet goals and compliance.
• Audit communications for accuracy and investigate discrepancies with available data.
• Foster relationships across Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Develop KPI reporting to track growth and identify risks.
