Job summary

TIAA is seeking a Wealth Management Coach in New Jersey to enable client facing wealth management associates to provide objective, comprehensive advice aligned with clients' long-term goals. The role involves coaching, planning, and collaboration with clients and leadership, supporting wealth market leaders to drive results.

Responsibilities include coaching, educating on TIAA solutions, speaking at client forums, and applying financial planning expertise within client lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements: University (Degree) preferred.
• Work Experience: 5+ years required; 7+ years preferred.
• FINRA registrations: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with client facing Wealth Management associates and coach to meet client goals.
• Collaborate with client facing leaders to develop coaching plans that influence behaviors supporting client-centric sales practices.
• Educate and coach on TIAA solutions and tools within the Client Engagement Model.
• Participate as a keynote speaker at client seminars and join client meetings to coach associates.
• Act as a subject matter expert in financial planning concepts and client lifecycle management.
