Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Wealth Management coaching lead in the United States, based in New Jersey, to build strong relationships with client-facing associates and coach teams to meet client goals. You will collaborate with leaders to design coaching plans that influence behavior and adoption of best practices.

You will educate teams on TIAA’s solutions, participate as a keynote speaker at client seminars, and serve as a subject matter expert in financial planning concepts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience; 7+ years preferred.
• FINRA registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.
• Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required

Responsibilities
