Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position.
• Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.
• Strong leadership, communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally.
• Supporting the FA/PWA/team in delivering exceptional client service and meetings.
• Preparing for regular meetings and tracking follow-ups.
• Handling money movement transactions and education/enrollment in digital tools as needed.
• Assisting with research using firm-approved systems and preparing client reports.
• Participating in meetings and firm initiatives directed by local management.
