Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Wealth Management Analyst to support Financial Advisor(s) and Private Wealth Advisor(s) in daily duties. The role focuses on client service, digital and reporting tasks, and assisting with financial planning and analysis.

You will back up responsibilities in line with the FA/PWA/team, manage communications, and help prepare client meetings and reports using firm-approved tools and platforms. A 4-year degree and securities licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position required.
• Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.
• Additional product licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team including preparing for meetings and tracking follow-ups.
• Assist with client service tasks such as money movements and responding to non-investment questions.
• Assist with marketing? activities, client reports and financial plans using firm-approved systems.
• Participate in client meetings and firm initiatives directed by local management.
