Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a senior member of the service team to support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, maintaining relationships, and coordinating client meetings and follow-ups.

Responsibilities include assisting in marketing, portfolio tools, and financial planning, while remaining current on policies and platform updates. Strong interpersonal skills and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

  • Five+ years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team, cultivating relationships with partners and colleagues.
  • Support the FA/PWA/team in delivering the client service model and preparing for meetings and follow-ups.
  • Provide backup coverage for routine Client Service Associate responsibilities as needed.
  • Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (e.g., MS Online).
  • Assist with research and preparation of client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems.
  • Participate in firm initiatives and meetings as directed by local management.
