Job summary

Atlantic Group in New Jersey is seeking a Client Service Associate (Wealth Management) to support client relationship management, account administration, money movement, reporting, and investment operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a registered investment advisor or wealth management setting and excels in a collaborative, client-focused environment, with strong communication and organizational skills and proficiency in CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or accounting preferred.
• 3+ years in client service/operations within an RIA or wealth management.
• Strong wealth management operations knowledge and custodial processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Schwab custodial platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact, delivering high-quality service.
• Support new account openings, maintenance, and custodial paperwork.
• Process money movements, transfers, distributions per procedures.
• Maintain client records and generate reports in the CRM.
• Prepare materials and coordinate client meetings with advisory teams.
