Automatic Data Processing, Inc. seeks a Client Service Specialist within Wealth Management in Independence, OH. The role supports account setup, onboarding, and ongoing client service requests for MAI Wealth Management clients.

You will handle money movements, fees, and client communications while coordinating with Wealth Managers. A strong client-service orientation and financial acumen are essential for success in this fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Client service experience in financial industry (2–6 yrs).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, Mail Merge, Adobe, PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Meet client needs and requests for Wealth Management clients and their accounts.
• Process new client accounts, onboarding and ongoing maintenance.
• Handle money movement requests among client accounts.
• Prepare financial agreements and documentation (retainer, advisory agreements, policy statements).
• Assist with billing specifications and transfer forms as requested by Wealth Managers.
