Responsibilities

• Serve client service requests and account needs for Wealth Management clients.
• Onboard new accounts and perform ongoing maintenance.
• Process money movements among client accounts.
• Prepare annual retainers and financial planning documents.
• Process billing specifications and client communications.
• Deliver portfolio tax information to clients and accountants.
• Maintain client files and Salesforce records.
• Coordinate client review preparation and scheduling.
