Zhang Financial is seeking a Client Service Associate or Senior Client Service Associate to serve as a friendly, dependable contact for clients in our Bloomfield Hills office, while ensuring operations stay accurate and timely.

You will open and maintain client accounts, process transfers and money movements, review forms for accuracy, collaborate with custodians and teams, and keep client records compliant.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and process-driven work.
• Highly organized and dependable with multiple deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
