Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team and cultivate relationships with business partners
• Support client relationships by delivering exceptional service and preparing for meetings
• Assist in delivering client service model including tracking follow-ups
• Assign daily tasks and provide backup coverage for routine client service duties
• Share updates on policies and new platforms with team members
• Organize and execute marketing strategies and client reports as directed
• Prepare client reports and financial plans from firm systems for clients
• Assist with research using firm-approved systems
