Moneta, an independent Registered Investment Advisor with a long history, seeks a Client Service Administrator to build a foundation in wealth management. You will learn client service, support teams, and manage processes behind the scenes to keep our advisory practice running smoothly.

As an early-career professional, you will develop attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving skills, partnering with Client Service Managers and Advisors.

Responsabilités

• Execute recurring client service and operational processes with accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
• Support account administration, transactions, documentation, money movement, and other ongoing client needs.
• Partner with Client Service Managers and Advisors to prepare for and follow through on client meetings, requests, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate client information, records, workflows, and documentation.
• Develop knowledge of the systems, custodial processes, financial concepts, and compliance requirements that support wealth management relationships.
• Take ownership of responsibilities from beginning to end and proactively communicate questions, issues, and next steps.
• Collaborate with the broader client team to help deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen consistency, and create efficiencies.
