Moneta, an independent Registered Investment Advisor, is seeking a Client Service Administrator to support client team operations and improve processes. This on-site role in Denver, CO offers a clear path for future career growth within our client-centric firm.

You will assist with meeting preparations, paperwork coordination, calendar management, payroll, invoicing, and vendor reporting, while contributing to marketing efforts and special projects.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Must be available to work fully on-site.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Service Managers and Advisors with meeting prep for client reviews.
• Improve client experience by optimizing processes and workflows.
• Coordinate client paperwork such as new account forms and reports.
• Manage daily office operations: scheduling, mail, file organization, supplies.
• Handle payroll, month-end expense reports, and financial transactions.
• Arrange client travel including itinerary, flight research, and accommodations.
• Maintain client calendars and appointments; arrange household services.
• Prepare invoices and manage vendor reporting.
• Handle banking correspondence and customs forms as needed.
• Support special projects including property renovations and client initiatives.
• Assist with marketing and branding tasks.
• Coordinate client and team events.
