Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Client Service to the bank's clients through educating them on all banking and investment offerings
• Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follows up on requests
• Assists with ensuring practices align with the bank's policies and procedures to support operational excellence and manage risk
• Identifies, deepens, and maintains client relationships while promoting incorporation of banking offerings
• Supports day-to-day team activities and coverage during absences, with a client-first mindset
