Qualifications

• Experience with banking products and financial services is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Client Service to clients through educating them on the bank's service offerings
• Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follows up on all client requests
• Assists with ensuring practices align with bank policies to support operational excellence and risk management
• Identifies and deepens client relationships by promoting bank offerings
• Supports day-to-day team activities and coverage during absences or peak periods
