Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position
• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required
• Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office proficiency
• Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team including preparing for regular meetings and tracking follow-ups
• Back up clerical client service tasks such as money movements and client questions
• Assist with digital marketing, portfolio holdings, and proposal tools
• Organize around and execute against business plans with cross-functional teams
• Assist with client reports, financial plans, and research for existing or prospective clients
