Overview
Sr WM Client Relationship Consultant
The Wealth Management Client Relationship Consultant partners with Wealth Management Advisors in delivering client service and supporting high-net-worth and complex clients. Working under limited supervision, this role operationally leads Wealth Management advisory teams to help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. This includes supporting the implementation of financial plan recommendations and coordinating asset consolidation. This role also coaches and reviews the work of lower-level Client Relationship Consultants.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Manages and grows individual relationships with high-net-worth and complex clients across all products and services, focusing on building book of business, strengthening relationships, and growing and retaining assets.
- Leads advisory team practice management meetings to promote efficient and effective practices and supports advisory team in overall book management strategy.
- Ensures delivery of client service and sales support as part of the Wealth Management advisory team, focusing on advice implementation and asset consolidation coordination.
- Guides clients on income execution, including assisting clients in completing forms and reviewing forms for accuracy.
- Performs registered and non-registered activities related to identifying client needs and potential issues with current financial plans (estate planning, beneficiaries, etc.).
- Identifies client concerns and gathers additional information regarding clients’ current financial situation and potential future needs.
- Identifies sales and asset retention opportunities.
- Oversees sales cycle management activities, including follow-through on asset growth opportunities to ensure timely sales execution.
- Supervises client outreach and marketing campaigns as determined by the advisory team to educate clients on additional Wealth Management products and services.
Educational Requirements

FINRA Registrations
- SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66
Licenses and Certifications
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining client relationships, preferably with high-net-worth individuals or in a financial services environment.
- Required to have FINRA registrations Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 and Life & Health Insurance License within 120 days of start date.
- Understanding of investment products, financial planning concepts, and wealth management solutions.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and work effectively with advisors, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years in wealth management, financial advisory support, or client service roles within the financial services industry

Base Pay and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $35.00/hr - $37.50/hr. Actual base salary may vary based upon relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the compensation package may include participation in incentive programs.
