Qualifications

• Leads the service delivery model and wealth management banking strategy to drive business growth.
• Hires, develops, and leads a cross-functional team to support Financial Advisor teams and client service.
• Supervises financial transactions and operations to manage risk and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversees client service experience and reviews new client accounts.
• Leads branch operations to meet client service expectations and operational excellence.
