Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a capable administrator to support Investment Relationship Managers within U.S. Bancorp Investment Sales.

You will handle sales, processing, operations and customer service tasks, and aid business development through prospect meetings and campaign planning. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred), 5+ years in the investment industry, and FINRA registrations plus life/health/disability licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five or more years of investment industry experience preferred.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63/65/66 registrations and life, variable life, health and disability licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales, processing, operational, administrative and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers of U.S. Bancorp Investment Sales.
• Assists in business development by meeting with prospects and coordinating marketing initiatives.
• Prepares investment proposals, reviews, routine correspondence and maintains client files.
