Job summary

Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a client service professional to support multiple Financial Advisors, delivering tailored service and education on the bank's investment products and offerings.

You will ensure timely and accurate client materials, align practices with policy, and help deepen client relationships while maintaining a client-first mindset and collaborative, in-office culture.

Qualifications

• Currently holds FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (63/65 accepted) or must be obtained within a specified timeframe if hired into a registered job code
• Possesses advanced industry knowledge and an understanding of investment products
• Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on results
• Demonstrates a client-centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent client service educating clients on the bank's service offerings and products
• Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follows up on all client and Financial Advisor requests
• Ensures practices align with bank policies to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk
• Identifies and deepens client relationships by promoting bank offerings and collaboration with the FA
• Supports day-to-day team activities, covering roles during absence or seasonal needs with a client-first mindset
