Bank of America is seeking an entry-level Wealth Management Client Associate for its Advisor Development Program. This role supports Financial Advisors, progresses through licensing (SIE, Series 7, 66) within ~120 days, and moves toward building a book of business as a Financial Advisor trainee.

Responsibilities include client service, collaboration with internal partners, and ongoing training to become a Merrill Financial Advisor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Financial Advisors to service client needs, investments, and banking products
  • Educates clients on bank services and banking offerings to drive client understanding
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of client materials and FA requests
  • Supports operational excellence and risk management within the practice
  • Deepens client relationships by leveraging bank offerings and referrals
  • Provides business growth support including investment solutions and client management
