Job Overview

Merrill Wealth Management is looking for a client service role to support multiple Financial Advisors. The position focuses on client advocacy, operational excellence, and ensuring a seamless service experience for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent client service through education on bank offerings.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follow up on all client and Financial Advisor requests.
  • Assist with practice alignment to bank policies and procedures, supporting operational excellence, client protection, and risk management.
  • Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by promoting banking integration and communicating results to the FA.
  • Support day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal demand while leading with a client‑first mindset.
Required Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results.
  • Client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently holds or pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (63/65 accepted in lieu of 66).
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
  • Experience working with clients, fulfilling needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
  • Detail oriented, committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Exhibits sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
