Merrill Wealth Management is looking for a client service role to support multiple Financial Advisors. The position focuses on client advocacy, operational excellence, and ensuring a seamless service experience for clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service through education on bank offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follow up on all client and Financial Advisor requests.
- Assist with practice alignment to bank policies and procedures, supporting operational excellence, client protection, and risk management.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by promoting banking integration and communicating results to the FA.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal demand while leading with a client‑first mindset.

Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds or pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (63/65 accepted in lieu of 66).
- Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
- Experience working with clients, fulfilling needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
- Detail oriented, committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Exhibits sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum Education
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift and Hours
1st shift (United States of America), 37.5 hours per week.
