Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Licenses: Series 7 & 66 upon hire or within 180 days from start date.
• Ability to be a self-starter and own tasks end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively identify and deliver solutions addressing client needs.
• Strong communication with clients and team members in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Own client onboarding and account maintenance, gather documents and financials, provide investment quotes while complying with regulations.
• Interface with clients and Financial Advisors to make investment recommendations and execute trades.
• Provide support across products and applications including Advisor Services, Wealth Planning & Advice, and JP Morgan online/mobile tools.
• Perform daily administrative and operational duties supporting Advisors and clients; handle money transfers and meetings.
• Serve as liaison between the Financial Advisor team, branch management, compliance and other units.
• Participate in local, national and technology team meetings to support firm initiatives.
