Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Los Angeles seeks a Client Associate for JPMorgan Advisors to support Financial Advisors and UHNW clients, delivering personalized solutions and building lasting relationships.

You will own client onboarding and account maintenance, assist with investment recommendations, and coordinate across teams to ensure a seamless wealth management experience in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses upon hire or within 180 days from start date.
• Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively identify and deliver appropriate client solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Own the client onboarding and account maintenance for new and existing clients by collecting information and providing investment quotes.
• Interface with clients and Financial Advisors to make investment recommendations and execute trades.
• Provide support across wealth management products and digital offerings.
• Perform daily administrative duties and client communications.
• Serve as a liaison between the Financial Advisor team and other units.
• Participate in local, national and technology team meetings.
