Job summary

Bank of Montreal (BMO) is seeking a Strategy & Change professional to support the management and execution of assigned programs and projects in the US. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and deliver solutions aligned with business strategy.

You will analyze data, develop change management plans, prepare communications, and track metrics across initiatives to ensure successful delivery and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management & execution of assigned business/group program or project.
• Provides input to design, development & execution; collaborates with internal & external stakeholders.
• Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Manages change management activities including readiness assessments, planning and communications.
• Tracks metrics, reports, and dashboards; communicates program principles and standards.
