Job summary

Regions Bank in Hoover, Alabama is seeking a Wealth Management Centralized Trading Analyst to oversee trading and portfolio management for Asset Management within Wealth Management. The role ensures portfolios align with investment objectives and supports internal advisors with trade execution and policy adherence.

You will work with Portfolio Managers and Relationship Consultants, providing investment guidance, monitoring risks, and implementing trades on the trading platform while contributing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of trading, asset management, wealth management, trust operations, business, marketing, communications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, maintains, monitors, and executes required actions to effect security transactions.
• Supports Portfolio Managers and Relationship Consultants with investment policies and trade requests.
• Provides investment guidance and objectives, monitoring portfolio risks, and executing trades.
• Executes on trading platform, tests software updates, and reports issues to vendor.
• Contributes to trading efficiency and risk mitigation across Asset Management.
• Maintains knowledge of asset allocation and manager models to inform decisions.
• Performs ad hoc reporting; assists training on trading systems.
