Job summary

Equitable Advisors is seeking a Wealth Management Associate in the Retirement Benefits Group for the San Francisco area. You will engage with clients, educate them on financial products, and implement tailored solutions for professionals in education, healthcare, and government sectors.

The role includes FINRA sponsorship, a 120-day training period, and ongoing mentorship, with a path to licensed status and a base salary after the training, plus commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing.
• Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives.
• Ability to work with and learn from top performers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
