Job summary

Equitable Advisors is recruiting for a Wealth Management Associate within the Retirement Benefits Group in Los Angeles, CA. You will engage clients, learn our retirement products, and help implement tailored solutions while working toward professional licensure.

The program offers FINRA sponsorship, 120-day hands-on training (PEP), mentorship, and ongoing education through our Virtual University, with a structured path to CFP®, ChFC, and other credentials.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
• Personal Attributes: values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
• Communication Skills: excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
