Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase, a leading financial services firm, seeks a Private Client Investment Associate in Wealth Management to deliver exceptional client service and support Private Client Advisors with account openings, money movements, and investment trades.

You will build client relationships, assist in wealth planning, manage referrals, and support risk management and regulatory compliance. A strong emphasis on accuracy, deadlines, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must hold Series 7 license or obtain within 120 days.
• Must also have a valid SIE exam if registered after Oct 1, 2018.
• Must obtain Series 66 (or 63/65) and Life and Health Insurance license within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors with account openings, money movements, and investment trades.
• Build and maintain client relationships through processing requests and referrals.
• Assist in relationship/account reviews and produce performance reports.
• Engage in risk management including Know Your Customer procedures.
• Support compliance by completing required forms and documentation.
• Prioritize daily work and meet deadlines while tracking progress.
• Maintain and foster team culture.
