Job summary

Equitable Advisors is hiring to join The Retirement Benefits Group in San Antonio. You will engage with clients, educate them on financial products, and implement tailored wealth-management solutions while maintaining high confidentiality.

The role blends field work in local schools and municipalities with a strong training pathway. The program includes FINRA licensing sponsorship, a comprehensive 120-day hands-on training period, mentorship, and ongoing professional growth toward CFP/ChFC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Licensed to sell securities with SIE, Series 7 and Series 66.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass FINRA licensing steps.

Responsibilities

• Engage and expand client networks in established markets.
• Educate clients on financial products and tailor solutions.
• Analyze and organize client data, ensure confidentiality, implement products.
• Work outside office in local schools and municipalities.
