Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented support professional to assist Investment Relationship Managers with sales, processing, and client service tasks in Sioux City. You will organize paperwork, prepare proposals, and help maintain client files and communications.

You will also contribute to business development efforts, coordinate marketing campaigns, and work with internal departments to execute joint initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Two to four years of investment industry experience preferred
• To be eligible for business incentives, must have FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, 63 registrations and life, variable life, health and disability insurance licenses
• SIE at a minimum preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides sales, processing, operational, administrative and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers of U.S. Bancorp Investment Sales.
• Assists in business development at the direction of the Investment Relationship Managers such as meeting with prospects and planning campaigns.
• Organizes paper flow and maintains client files in accordance with firm record-keeping requirements.
• Answers phones, opens and disseminates mail, and coordinates marketing initiatives with internal departments.
