Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, financial services, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CFP, CFA, CPA, SIE, Series 7, Series 66, or progress toward obtaining credential.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with business technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial advisors with financial planning analysis, strategy implementation, and preparation for client meetings
  • Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive financial plans, retirement projections, and investment-related analyses
  • Coordinate client onboarding activities, account setup, and ongoing service requests
  • Prepare, process, and monitor account documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries and provide responsive, high-quality service
  • Track action items, follow through on client and advisor requests, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Maintain accurate client records, data integrity, and documentation across internal systems and platforms
  • Help optimize workflows and leverage technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and client service processes
  • Collaborate with advisors and team members on operational initiatives, process improvements, and special projects
  • Adhere to industry regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies

We are seeking a professional Wealth Management Associate to join a growing team in Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent/direct hire position. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in a client services role in the wealth management industry.

Hours:
  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
  • 100% Onsite
  • $50,000 - $70,000
