Job summary

Garry Executive Search has been retained by a fee-only, independent RIA in the Twin Cities to recruit a Wealth Management Advisor who will serve high-net-worth clients alongside an experienced team. The role offers a path to relationship ownership from day one and potential equity down the road.

The practice is growing, independent, and client-centered, with unlimited PTO, a bonus holiday week, and a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative office culture.
• Experience with custodian/software is a plus: Salesforce, MoneyGuide Pro, Morningstar Advisor Workstation, Kwanti, MacOS.

Responsibilities

• Design, present, and implement detailed financial planning solutions for retirement, investments, cash flow, taxes, estate planning.
• Prepare financial analyses tailored to clients' goals and values.
• Take over client relationships over time and participate in meetings.
• Lead comprehensive client meetings and coordinate with the Client Service Team.
• Support growth through building new relationships with strategic partners.
