Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.

Training & Development
- FINRA Sponsorship for required licenses.
- 120‑day hands‑on training (PEP).
- Virtual University for continuous learning.

- Leadership Development School for management‑ambitious professionals.
- Professional growth: Pursue CFP®, ChFC, or Equitable’s Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program.
Compensation & Benefits
- Sign‑on Payment Eligibility: $250–$1,000 after PEP completion.
- Stable Pay: $27,550 annually, biweekly, for up to 24 months after becoming a 20th Edition professional.
- Commissions & Bonuses: Eligible to earn commissions and bonuses beyond stable pay.
