This individual Is licensed in all the areas for a Financial Advisor. After the usual 3-year subsidy with most Financial Advisory Firms, come to realize they either can’t make it on straight commissions - BUT still want to work in a position supporting the whole Wealth Management Team AND have a guaranteed Base Compensation.
