We are looking for experienced financial advisors who are eager to grow their business. The ideal candidate should:

• Have an AUM of approximately $5 million or more (preferred)
• Possess a high level of self-esteem and a proactive attitude
• Be able to listen and communicate effectively
• Be detail-oriented and take pride in their work and helping clients
• Uphold the highest ethical standards

We are an RIA and an Insurance Agency.

Responsibilities:

1. Growing and managing a book of business, which may include individuals and/or businesses
2. Acting as a fiduciary to work towards clients' goals and in their best interest
3. Completing and maintaining continuing education to keep licenses current

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry
• Licensed FINRA Series 65, 66, or 7 (Series 7 is not required)
• Proficient in Personal Financial Planning
• Proficient with current technology standards
• Ability to develop a niche market
• Self-driven and goal-focused
• Active community involvement and/or leadership roles
