The Wealth Advisor is responsible for managing client deliverables for high-net-worth (HNW) clients. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, providing consultative sales solutions, and ensuring alignment with client goals and firm objectives. The Wealth Advisor collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners, emphasizing teamwork to offer integrated investment and planning strategies. This position demands high emotional intelligence (EQ) to foster a client-first culture while adhering to regulatory standards and promoting operational excellence. A strong commitment to collaboration is essential, as the Wealth Advisor will work alongside various specialists to ensure comprehensive and cohesive service for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client meetings focused on investment management (IM), ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Manage assets under management (AUM) case management and perform audits of performance reports.
  • Prepare and deliver portfolio proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee the deployment of client assets, ensuring plans are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Foster strong, long‑term relationships with HNW clients, effectively addressing their wealth management needs.
  • Collaborate with internal team members, including Technicians, Investment Advisors, and support staff, as well as external financial and legal professionals.
  • Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice and innovative solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in wealth management.
  • Mentor and support junior advisors, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of investment strategies and their relation to complex planning.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales, particularly with HNW clients.
  • Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a high EQ.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
  • Confident in delivering white glove service to clients.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM tools, such as Salesforce, for client management.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • CFP/CFA preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management.
  • Demonstrable experience working with HNW clients and in consultative sales environments.
