Our client, one of the fastest-growing independent RIAs in North Texas, is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Advisor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused advisor who thrives on delivering comprehensive financial planning and building long‑term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.

In this role, you will step into an established book of business, serving as the primary advisor for existing clients. You’ll provide holistic wealth management guidance, including retirement planning, investment management, tax‑efficient strategies, estate planning coordination, and ongoing financial advice — all within a highly collaborative, planning‑first environment.

No transferable book of business is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for an established portfolio of clients
  • Lead client review meetings and deliver personalized financial planning discussions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, goal‑oriented financial plans
  • Provide expert guidance on retirement, investments, tax strategies, insurance, and estate planning
  • Cultivate strong, long‑term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
  • Collaborate closely with internal planning, investment, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and enhance financial outcomes
Experience & Credentials
  • 3–5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
  • Proven experience working with affluent and high-net-worth clients preferred
  • Active Series 65 or Series 66 required
  • CFP® designation preferred (Client offers support to obtain this designation)
  • Strong financial planning acumen and relationship management skills
