Job summary

Silver State Schools Credit Union is seeking a Wealth Management Non-Licensed Associate to support day-to-day clerical operations of the Wealth Management Program. This role schedules appointments for Members and Financial Advisors and provides administrative support to drive sales/referrals and client maintenance.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with 6–12 months of related experience; Series 6 license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred but not required.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge or interest in the investment field; Series 6 license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for Members and Financial Advisors.
• Perform administrative functions in support of sales/referrals and client maintenance.
• Liaise between the Financial Advisor and Credit Union staff to meet Wealth Management goals.
• Process paperwork on sales activities and maintain client files and records.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information per company policies.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including outbound referrals, seminars and lobby materials.
• Track referrals and compile program reports and results.
