Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to warm prospects to discuss benefit options.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients with professionalism.
• Gather facts from prospective clients to better assist and direct.
• Schedule appointments with the appropriate Advisor on the team.
• Use scripts to deliver information regarding client benefits and services.
• Manage internal Salesforce platform and ensure client information is up to date.
