Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead a growing team of financial advisors while continuing your own client work in Indiana, USA. You will recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and shaping the firm’s future growth with the support of our long-standing brand and history.

This leadership role requires a minimum 3 years in financial services with a growing practice, active Life/Health license, and preferred FINRA licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring interest and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term growth vision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
