Job summary

Hightower Advisors is seeking a Business Development Officer to own the sales journey from qualified lead through close and set the tone for a high-conversion client experience. You will engage prospects, conduct discovery, and align Hightower's capabilities with client needs to drive growth.

You will partner with advisors to bring in the right experts at the right time, manage the pipeline in Salesforce, and maintain accurate forecasting and next steps across the client journey.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of successful sales, business development, or client relationship experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills to translate client needs into a tailored proposition.
• Experience owning and managing a sales pipeline through a CRM, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Engage qualified prospects and lead introductory meetings across phone, video, and in-person channels.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand assets, goals, and decision processes.
• Articulate Hightower's value proposition and drive opportunities from meeting to close.
• Coordinate planning meetings with the advisor and maintain CRM records and forecast visibility.
• Ensure disciplined follow-up and progression through the sales journey.
