Bank of America is hiring a financial advisor to deliver tailored guidance and investment solutions to clients. You will triage leads, referral to business partners, and review financial plans to meet client goals.

You will apply licenses, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products while complying with SAFE Act and regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes client advocacy and proactive risk management.

Formación

• Holds Series 7 and 66 licenses or the equivalent (63/65 in lieu of 66) and passes required exams.
• 3+ years in financial services or a sales role with proven goal attainment, including at least 1 year in investments.
• Experience with relationship management strategies and client advocacy.

Responsabilidades

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals using brokerage products (stocks, bonds, funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and routes referrals to appropriate internal partners based on assets and needs.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
