Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Wealth Management Financial Advisor to conserve client assets, grow a choose-and- educate a balanced book, and promote retirement planning. You will work with high‑net‑worth clients, building relationships, managing assets, and guiding planning strategies while adhering to regulatory standards.

The role requires active securities licenses (NASD Series 7, Series 65 or 66) and state life and health credentials, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • NASD Series 7/Series 65/66 licenses are required.
  • State Variable, Life & Health license is required.
  • CFP designation strongly desired but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conserve and grow a book of client accounts through planning and relationship building.
  • Promote retirement planning and asset conservation for at‑risk clients.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC/FINRA rules and internal standards.

Role Overview

Wealth Management Financial Advisor The Wealth Management Advisor’s dual purposes are the conservation of large balanced and at-risk client accounts. Asset Conservation is paramount to our growth. This emphasis is served by assigning the Wealth Management Advisor a manageable book where the advisor can build relationships that will help clients plan for their retirement and reduce surrenders. Therefore, a Wealth Management Advisor is expected to promote planning, conserve assets and attain complete work.

Requirements

Organizational Structure

This position reports to a Divisional Vice President that will provide coaching and guidance as you grow and maintain your book. You will also have the ability to collaborate with other Advisors in your region and nationally.

Performance Objectives
  • Build client and asset acquisition through referrals, prospecting, seminars, and networking
  • Utilize financial planning tools to better understand clients’ needs
  • Continually exceed sales expectations
  • Familiarization with Corebridge Financial products and services, along with a competitive broker dealer product shelf
  • Adhere to compliance standards
Compliance and Eligibility

This role is deemed a “covered associate” under SEC Rule 206(4)-5, 17 CFR § 275.206(4)-5, Political contributions by certain investment advisers, and other federal and state pay-to-play rules. Candidates for the role must not have made any political contributions that, under 17 CFR § 275.206(4)-5 or other federal or state pay-to-play regulations, would disqualify the candidate or Corebridge Financial from conducting Corebridge Financial’s business, or that would otherwise create a conflict of interest for Corebridge Financial. Applicants who are selected to move forward with the application process will be required to disclose all U.S. political contributions they and their household family members have made over the past two years.
