Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in North Carolina is seeking a Private Client Banker for our Branch Banking team.

You will be the main contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their banking relationships with a proactive, advice-based approach and cross-selling the right solutions to meet their financial needs. You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts, promote self-service tools, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• Proven success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• SIE/FINRA licenses or must be completed within 180 days of starting.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
