JPMorgan Chase in Durham, NC seeks a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and manage their banking relationships with a proactive, education-focused approach.

You will collaborate with specialists to connect clients to the right experts, promote self-service options, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while delivering outstanding service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Evidence of value-added, relationship-oriented client acquisition and deepening relationships.
• 1+ year in branch banking or equivalent with revenue generation experience.
• Regulatory readiness: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7 and state registration, or completion within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilités

• Share the value of Chase Private Client and manage relationships with affluent clients.
• Advise clients to access best products and services for their needs.
• Collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers.
• Promote self-service options to provide around-the-clock access to accounts.
• Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
